4. How many kind



First, I want to talk one thing. Originally planned, this week plan was “Real origin store.” However, convenience has become bad. I did not gather enough material. I want to postpone next week.
Well, let’s start how many kind of Taiyaki form.

At first, I explain how to baked Taiyaki types.
Approximately, it is two types. There are those that baked Taiyaki one by one, and multiple Taiyaki at the same time.

1. Natural type
The type of Taiyaki with the tip of the handle of the scissors like a big, red bean paste and pour the dough. And turn one by one. This type tried craftsmanship. It was the mainstream until such time. The reason is that a song was a hit. This method is very inefficient as you can see. Because not baked a lot of Taiyaki one time. 2. Farming type
This type we often see type. Stalls in summer festival, department store and night shop… would be better to say that these store are dealing with a this type. This type has a lot of advantages.
Shops can produce a lot of Taiyaki. Forms of Taiyaki are aligned uniformity. How to make is early and easy. Shops can offer the same confectionary at any time. Make freely from plump to thin dough.
Taiyaki were spread so far possible because exist this type. This type with the advent of this type baked, many chain stores were born.

Taiyaki is a relatively new confectionary another Japanese confectionary. Taiyaki was born in Meiji period. Taiyaki still now do to develop! I expect future of Taiyaki.
