1.Motive

Hello everyone I want to write about Taiyaki 10 week.

I interested in Taiyaki for childhood. Taiyaki familiar to me for long time.

But it was restricted within me, Taiyaki close to many Japanese people. However, they are not know Taiyaki. Taiyaki only know confectionery. However I don’t think that.  

People oblivious of many culture concluding Taiyaki. I don’t know this fact recently. My sister works in Taiyaki special store since three year. This trigger I interested in Taiyaki again. So, the biggest opportunity is my sister.

By my sister began working at the Taiyaki special store in department, I found a interesting fact. I was thinking before it, I think that Taiyaki usually bought summer festival or New-year stand. Taiyaki is common people’s confectionery I think that time. However department store is image high grade. So, I have one question.

Why is confectionery of common people bought in Taiyaki?

Taiyaki has appeal for people?

I think of it well, I found that there are sections that come to mind. My home near in 5km, Taiyaki special store built in about 5. What is more, Taiyaki type another each store. My grandfather and I taste in Taiyaki different. Because, Taiyaki bought store another naturally. He and me has favorite store. I think that it is natural action before. However, apparently I seem to differ we action.

Taiyaki is sheep and small, therefore people slight on Taiyaki.

But as a matter of Taiyaki deep relation our life, culture… Taiyaki play a crucial role in Japan!

I want to search for it.

In addition to, I search for my sister’s work this time. She work in department store in Taiyaki special store now. This is good target coverage for me. And, I think that I investigated on Taiyaki, don’t search for work is not good. This time, I interview my sister, and taught about work in Taiyaki special store, how to bake Taiyaki and bean paste.

Japanese-people has not been very well known, used various techniques how to make Taiyaki. While I was examine, I found cultural aspects for Taiyaki. When I found out about this fact, I feel that spread more include in many cultural aspects. Taiyaki is not a mere confection!  So, this is the reason that I choice this topic. I want to spread of Taiyaki cultural side. I come to think of Taiyaki well, Japanese culture related with Taiyaki so deep. Do you know “Oyoge Taiyaki-kun”? This song very sold in 1975. This songs motif is Taiyaki. Etc…This topic write deep in another topic again.

When we think of natural, we are try to know many things. It is very Mottainai, I think so usually. This time I try to search for Taiyaki. Many people might be a fool. But I will examine, I confident. It is nything has origins and history. Only one confection has too. Taiyaki origins follow to China. I surprised this fact. And I know why is Taiyaki until to love up to the present.

Taiyaki is always familiar presence for me. This time I could examine for Taiyaki again. It is very fun and profitable experience for me.
